jaskier goes to save geralt. he pretends to be a sadistic prince with very effective sorcerers on his side. lots of delicious flashbacks of yennefer planning the rescue and training him for the job.

geralt, blinded and confused and hurt, does not trust 'prince kacper', no matter how jaskier insists that he's there to save him. the idea of crossing a witcher's senses to confuse him rather than 'just' blinding him is delicious and i wish i thought about it.
